Did you know that if both of your knees hurt you may be suffering from Leaky Gut? How the heck do we make that connection, you ask?
Have you ever heard of applied kinesiology? Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a form of biofeedback that helps a practitioner identify muscle weakness and then ask the body how to correct that particular weakness. AK relies on the principle that every single muscle in the body is connected to a set of reflexes that give the practitioner information on where their problems may be originating.
In my practice I’ve seen a correlation between bilateral knee pain, weakness in both quadriceps muscles (the ones that are on the front of your thigh) and small intestine issues like leaky gut.
In this episode I help you to understand some of the principles of Applied Kinesiology and you get a glimpse into the process of figuring out how to heal from chronic health issues when the traditional medical approach has failed.
